Our
experience ranges from wrongful death claims to claims involving
catastrophic injuries These claims arise out of various events such
as negligent medical diagnosis, care and treatment by different
health care providers, products that are defective, premises liability,
negligent security of apartment complexes or commercial buildings
and motor vehicle accidents.
Criminal & Traffic
defense
Our
experience includes the representation of corporate clients in anticipation
of and in response to governmental investigations; the litigation
of criminal proceedings during the investigative and grand jury
process; the negotiation of immunities from prosecution and plea
agreements; and the litigation and trial of complex criminal proceedings
from indictment through verdict, sentencing proceedings and/or appeals.
In addition, we have handled parallel civil and criminal inquiries
where civil litigation or agency proceedings have occurred simultaneously
with grand jury or Congressional inquiries.

and Divorce
Our
services in the area of dissolution of marriage encompass all litigation
aspects of divorce. This includes representation in the mediation
process and the litigation of issues that must be resolved by a
court. Our litigation experience includes the valuation and division
of business interests in connection with the dissolution process.

addition, we have extensive experience in dealing with issues that
arise after a marriage has been dissolved. Our experience in these
modification proceedings includes everything from alimony and child
support adjustments to visitation and custody issues. The firm also
represents clients in adoption proceedings and child custody disputes.

issues related to Worker's Compensation, Human Resources, drug testing,
harassment allegations, Family Medical Leave Act compliance, and
requests to accommodate disabilities and religious practices. Also includes
issues related to religious, racial, sexual, disability or age discrimination;
sexual harrassment; first amendment rights or right to die. Civil
liberties deals primarily with those constitutional amendment that
give Americans the right to freedom of religion, speech, to peaceably
assemble, to carry arms, to be free of discrimination, and the rights
to be free of search or seizures without probable cause.
